Für die dritte Ausgabe wollten wir von euch wissen: Wie ist das eigentlich mit den Dingen, die wir für uns behalten? Maria Olivares Alfaro hat uns nicht nur in ihre Interpretation dieser Frage eingeweiht, sondern stellt auch sich und ihre kreative Arbeit vor.

Maria Olivares Alfaro is a mexican artist based in Berlin.
I´ve always perceived my work as a way of throwing crumbs, similarly to Hansel and Gretel, which is one of my favorite stories; a minimal gesture that intentionally documents a human activity, with a certain poetic.
Each work-crumb becomes a thought, a question, a small-great discovery; this particular path of traces shapes my personal universe and also, registers the world I live in.
